PRODUCT FEATURES

1.HIGH RELIABILITY

The number of internal parts of scroll compressor is 60% less than that of reciprocating compressor with the same cold volume.the scroll compressor structure  can prevent liquid refrigerants and impurities from entering machine,thereby preventing the damage caused by the liquid blow.

equipped with state of the art microcomputer control device to protect compressor and mptor to avoid malfunction.the torque change of scroll compressor is only 1/3 of reciprocating type.

after 400000 hours of operation test,the reliability of scroll type chiller is proved to the excellent.

2.HIGH OPERATING EFFICIENCY

Scroll compressor is designed by rotary volumetric design with samll clearance volume,small friction loss and high efficiency.the unit is designed with several compressor units,and its operation efficiency is high under partial load.

3.COMPRESSOR

The fully enclosed scroll compressor has high energy efficiency and low noise,ans the refrigerant circuit and control circuit are cpmpletely independent.it can be used alternately according to the change of load,which can effectively prolong the service life of unit.

4.CONDENSOR 

The horizontal shell and tube condenser is made of low finned seamless outer thread copper pipe,and the shell is made of high quality steel pipe.all condensers are subjected to strict pressure test.the cooling method of the unit is water-cooled,which has good heat dissipation effect and is easy to clean and maintain.

5.EVAPORATOR

AISI318 Stainless Steel Plate heat exchanger.to prevent failures of evaporators and chillers,a washable Y type filter should be installed at the intake.(using shell and tube exchanger for 080-100 unit)

6.SHELL

The high quality steel plate is made of powder paint with strict anti rust treatment.The structure is strong,beatiful and generous,and has a sound insulation effect.the noise is minimzed.all panels are detachable and rasy to repair.

Frequent start and stop protection to control the starting frequency of the compressor.
